💼 Sales Manager: Stop Forecasting the Future—Go Close It

7-15 Years

Full-time, Permanent

1

Kochi, Kerala

Job description

Here’s a fun fact: a lot of companies confuse “sales management” with “pipeline supervision.” They think leadership is about inspecting dashboards, nodding sagely at win rates, and giving “pep talks” that sound suspiciously like LinkedIn posts.

We don’t have time for that.

We’re blueBriX—a healthcare tech company that builds serious digital infrastructure for value-based care organizations. Our clients aren’t buying dreams. They’re buying outcomes. And we need a Sales Manager who gets that revenue isn’t just a number—it’s the scoreboard of execution.

We’re not looking for a closer. We’re looking for a commander. Someone who can build a team, set a strategy, and make sure every rep walks in with a plan and walks out with a signature.

Here’s what the job really is:

  • You’ll build the team. Hire smart. Coach hard. Cut fast when you need to.
  • You’ll drive the motion. We’re talking repeatable, measurable, target-hitting, vertical-specific motion. Not vibe-based selling.
  • You’ll partner with product and marketing—but you’ll hold the line. We’re not building demos for fun. We’re closing deals. You’ll remind everyone why that matters.
  • You’ll sell too. Not forever, but enough to show you’ve still got it—and to teach by doing, not just PowerPoint-ing.
  • You’ll report to leadership with confidence, not excuses. Revenue isn’t a mystery. It’s math. You’ll bring numbers, insights, and the next step.

This job is on-site in Kochi. No remote. No ghost-manager-from-Goa nonsense. Your team needs to feel your presence. Culture is a contact sport. You want to lead it? Be here.

And no, we’re not asking you to reinvent the sales wheel. We’ve got the product. We’ve got the positioning. We’ve even got warm leads. What we don’t have is someone obsessed with turning potential into actuals—month after month, quarter after quarter.

So if you’ve been stuck in sales theater—where every week is a pipeline review and nobody actually closes…

If you know how to rally a team, push a number, and scale something that lasts…

And if you’re ready to do it in a company that cares more about outcomes than optics…

Suit up. The market’s waiting.
