Job Title: User Experience Designer Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Kochi, Kerala (Remote) Experience: 5-9 Years Position Overview We are looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a skill set that encompasses both UX and UI and the ability to carry out implementation with our team in an Agile environment. She/he should have varied experience that includes being able to take concepts from whiteboard to wireframes, through to his fidelity design prototypes and rollout to clients. The focus of the job will be to work with the Product Owner and business stakeholders in strategizing and developing a better UX part in our products. Responsibilities – Understand product specifications and user psychology – Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback – Create personas through user research and data – Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success – Develop wireframes and prototypes based on product requirements – Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) – Communicate design ideas and prototypes to other stakeholders – Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends Requirements – 5-8 years of proven experience as a UX Designer – Strong portfolio of design projects – Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture – Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and running a user-centric design process – Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq, Figma, XD and etc) – Problem-solving aptitude – Analytical mind with a business acumen – Excellent communication skills
